TheMarketConnect setup a 5 member team including the Project Director, Test lead and Test Engineers to come up with a robust Test Strategy and implement the same during the upgrade.
A full review of the testcases, including Peer review and Business review, was conducted. Around 5000+ Test cases were written and reviewed with a robust process in place using JIRA and Tracers. Multiple UAT rounds were conducted and around 900 plus defects were reported.
Entire User Journeys including Products, Fees, Decisioning and serviceability, Fund warehouses, Broker portal, Documents, Scoring, Solicitors and Funding with more than 10 integrated systems included.
