Testing Services

The Bank selected TheMarketConnect to carry out Performance Testing on the Bank’s Infrastructure including core systems such as Temenos T24 Core banking, Internet Banking and Mobile Banking. We engaged a team of three including Performance Lead and Performance Test engineers. We drafted a comprehensive and robust Performance Strategy to deliver this project and timelines inline with the Technical upgrade.

Our Team worked on the recommended Business scenarios as part of the scripting phase and 2 rounds of execution was carried out on the project in controlled environment. We provided reports on Performance parameters was lagging and also observations by correlating the server metrics along with Application metrics & KPI’s and developed a capacity planning report based on load test run executions.

Based on Reports and Server recommendations, the Bank was able to meet the SLA’s setup as Benchmark.
