Testing Services
The firm decided to trust its QA partner TheMarketConnect to define the Test Strategy, Defect Management, Function points – analysis and Test Cases write up for its Modern Loanworks Loan Origination systems. TheMarketConnect setup a 5 member team including the Project Director, Test lead and Test Engineers to come up with a robust Test Strategy and implement the same during the upgrade.
A full review of the testcases including Peer review and Business review was conducted. Around 5000+ Test cases were written based on 550+ function points that were identified from the requirements and reviewed with a robust process in place using JIRA and Trackers. Multiple UAT rounds were conducted and around 900 plus defects were reported.
Entire User journeys including Products, Fees, Decisioning and serviceability, Fund warehouses, Broker portal, Documents, Scoring, Solicitors and Funding with more than 10 integrated systems were included.
