The Client selected TheMarketConnect to Carry out Loyalty Support activities on thier Award winning loyalty program and this included core loyalty systems such as Comarch Loyalty Management, NCR POS and Mobile Apps. We engaged a team and supported a comprehensive and robust Support Strategy to deliver this project and timelines inline with the ongoing upgrades. Our Team worked on the recommended Campaign Setup Support, Travel Campaign Support to ensure alignment with campaign objectives and standards. We provided onsite/on ground campaign validation support for loyalty program activities. We Conducted scheduled site visits to client locations during ongoing campaigns to monitor execution, ensure compliance with campaign standards, and provide real-time support as needed.
